    Ceasar salad was created by Ceasar Cardini, who was an Italian immigrant. He created this dish in 1924. He created it in Tijuana, Mexico on a Fourth of July He was running out of ingredients at his restaurant, so he decided to throw something together last minute. While that was the backstory behind it our recipe is not compiled of all of the extras left, it is made of —- fresh ingredients.

    Fun fact: The largest Caesar salad ever was in Tijuana, weighing 3 tons

  • House

    House salad originates in the United States in the 1950-70s. The term “house salad” was used to show that it was unique even though it is familiar. This recipe uses — ingredients to make it perfect.

    Fun fact: There is actually no definition for the term “house salad.” It is completely up to you what it is made of.

  • Bacon Ranch

    Bacon ranch salads originate from Steve Henson. He was a plumber in California. He was at work and created the dressing. While his sauce was originally meant for salads, it gained more and more popularity and started getting used for way more. Our recipe uses — ingredients and makes the perfect salad with the perfect sauce.

    Fun fact: When McDonalds released their own bacon ranch salad in the early 2000s, it outsold some sandwiches because of how popular it was.
