Cucumber
Ingredients:
3-4 large cucumbers
½ a red onion
¾ cup of white wine vinegar
1 ounce of honey
Pinch of salt
2 dill stalks
2 chive stalks
Pinch of black pepper
Steps:
Thinly slice all cucumbers
Thinly slice the red onion
Add cucumbers and red onion into a large bowl
Add the white wine vinegar, honey, and salt into the bowl
Toss the vegetables in the mixture
Chill in the fridge for 20-30 minutes
Finely chop the dill
Finely chop the chives
Add the dill, chives, and black pepper to the bowl
