Cucumber

Ingredients: 

3-4 large cucumbers 

½ a red onion 

¾ cup of white wine vinegar 

1 ounce of honey 

Pinch of salt 

2 dill stalks 

2 chive stalks 

Pinch of black pepper 

Steps: 

  1. Thinly slice all cucumbers 

  2. Thinly slice the red onion 

  3. Add cucumbers and red onion into a large bowl 

  4. Add the white wine vinegar, honey, and salt into the bowl 

  5. Toss the vegetables in the mixture 

  6. Chill in the fridge for 20-30 minutes  

  7. Finely chop the dill 

  8. Finely chop the chives 

  9. Add the dill, chives, and black pepper to the bowl 

  10. Enjoy!
