Pancakes

Ingredients: 

  • 1 ½ cups Flour  

  • 3 ½ teaspoons baking powder 

  • 1 tablespoon Sugar  

  • ¼ teaspoon Salt 

  • 1 ¼ cups Milk  

  • 3 tablespoons Butter  

  • 1 egg 

Steps: 

  1. Sift all the dry ingredients together 

  2. Make a well in the dry ingredients 

  3. Add in the wet ingredients 

  4. Stir to combine 

  5. Scoop the wet batter onto a griddle or a pan 

  6. Cook for 2-3 minutes then flip 

  7. Continue cooking until brown on both sides
