Pancakes
Ingredients:
1 ½ cups Flour
3 ½ teaspoons baking powder
1 tablespoon Sugar
¼ teaspoon Salt
1 ¼ cups Milk
3 tablespoons Butter
1 egg
Steps:
Sift all the dry ingredients together
Make a well in the dry ingredients
Add in the wet ingredients
Stir to combine
Scoop the wet batter onto a griddle or a pan
Cook for 2-3 minutes then flip
Continue cooking until brown on both sides
