Crepe

Ingredients: 

  • 2 large eggs 

  • ½ cups milk 

  • ½ cups water 

  • ¼ teaspoon salt 

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour 

  • 2 tablespoons melted butter 

Steps: 

  1. Whisk the milk, water, eggs, and salt in a bowl 

  2. Gradually whisk in the flour and butter  

  3. Scoop the batter into a hot griddle  

  4. Cook until lightly brown on the bottom 

  5. Flip and continue cooking until done on both sides 

  6. Add whatever toppings you want
