Crepe
Ingredients:
2 large eggs
½ cups milk
½ cups water
¼ teaspoon salt
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons melted butter
Steps:
Whisk the milk, water, eggs, and salt in a bowl
Gradually whisk in the flour and butter
Scoop the batter into a hot griddle
Cook until lightly brown on the bottom
Flip and continue cooking until done on both sides
Add whatever toppings you want
