Ingredients:
2 slices of Italian or French bread
1 tablespoon Butter
2 slices of Swiss cheese
1 tablespoon Mustard
1 tablespoon Mayonnaise
Deli ham
Dill pickles pork tenderloin
Steps:
Place 2 slices of bread on a cutting board
Spread with softened butter
Flip both slices of bread over (butter side down) on the cutting board
Mix the mustard and mayonnaise
Spread the top of each slice with one tablespoon of the mixture
Layer one piece of the bread with the sliced roast pork
Layer a slice of deli ham over the pork
Cover the ham with dill pickle
Add 2 slices of Swiss cheese
Place the other slice of bread on top (butter side facing out)
Grill the Cuban sandwich on a panini press until well toasted and golden brown
