Breakfast Burrito

Ingredients: 

  • 2 large eggs  

  • 2 tablespoons salsa 

  • 1 slice American cheese 

  • 1 tortilla 

Steps: 

  1. Gather all ingredients 

  2. Spray a cereal bowl with nonstick cooking spray  

  3. Crack the eggs into the bowl 

  4. Add the salsa  

  5. Stir 

  6. Microwave on high for one minute 

  7. Stir  

  8. Cook for another minute  

  9. Place cheese in the center of the tortilla  

  10. Top with the egg mixture 

  11. Wrap it all up like a burrito
